The London Engineering what?

Managed and overseen by The Royal Academy of Engineering with significant funding from Government, The London Engineering Project co-ordinates science, technology, engineering and maths activities for schools and colleges in London, engaging with pupils of all ages. Its aim is to promote the advantages of higher education and engineering as a career option to students from all backgrounds - with a particular emphasis on engaging women, Caribbean, Bangladeshi and Pakistani students who are currently under-represented in engineering.

As one of the key partners in this exciting project, we support this aim by offering exciting courses exploring real-life engineering skills and challenges, either in-school, in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) day sessions; or as a four day residential programmes. Exclusive to London schools, these residential courses are for year 9, 10 and 11 students and are completely free of charge - in order to be eligible to apply, however, your school must be signed up to the London Engineering Project.
