WHAT

During the course, students will be introduced to three different areas of engineering they could study at university, including:

**Cyber Security** – learn about the basic principles of cyphers, encryption and cyber safety. Through fun puzzles and videos, tackle real-world challenges and complete a cyber security activity using Python programming on a Raspberry Pi.

**Electrical Engineering** – students will get the opportunity to experiment safely with soldering as they work in teams to design, build and test their own FM radios, learning about the basic principles of circuits.

**Mechanical Engineering** – Students explore mechanical systems and their applications in engineering. They learn key concepts in pulleys, gears, and mechanical advantage. The practical challenge involves designing and building mechanical devices through the engineering cycle, testing creativity and problem-solving in competitive team projects.

In the evening, the energy continues with games, teamwork, and moments to relax and recharge.
