We aim to give the scholars an insight int what engineering and manufacturing is really like. We will have talks and presentations from people within the company. The people who will present will be from all areas and positions within the company so that the scholars can see the many different job roles and avenues into the world of engineering. We will have our factory tour, when visitors can have the opportunity to see some of our products being manufactured. This also opens the floor for discussions around the manufacturing process. We will have an element based around the design of our components within a 3D drawing package so that guests can have a go themselves at using some of our CAD software. We want to show the scholars as much as we can, and inspire them to ask questions along the way, boosting their interest within the industry
