Unlocking STEM Potential: Join Our STEM Sessions Virtual Adventures!

Fuel the fire of curiosity and ignite a passion for science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM) in your Secondary School students with our exciting STEM Sessions. Designed to inspire and engage, these FREE, virtual events provide a unique opportunity for Secondary School and home-schooled students in Years 8 and 9 across England and Wales, S2 and S3 in Scotland, and Years 9 and 10 in Northern Ireland.

Why Choose Our STEM Sessions?

  1. Fully Funded Experience:

Thanks to the generous support of the Trust, our STEM Sessions are fully funded. This means your school can dive into the world of STEM without worrying about costs. It's an exceptional opportunity for students to explore the realms of engineering at no expense to you.

  1. Flexible Schedule:

We understand the demands of a school day, and that's why our STEM Sessions offer flexibility. Running at 09:15, 10:15, 11:15, and 14:15, schools can choose the time that suits them best. Multiple classes are welcome to join, allowing for a collaborative and inclusive learning experience. These sessions are also perfect for those who receive home-schooling.

  1. Complementary to Curriculum:

Our virtual interactive workshops, hosted by dedicated Smallpeice Trust educators, are thoughtfully designed to complement the national curriculum. These activities not only meet GATSBY benchmarks for schools across the UK but also provide a hands-on approach to learning, making STEM subjects more tangible and exciting.

  1. Building Life and Leadership Skills:

Our STEM activities go beyond academics. They encourage young minds to ponder the vast possibilities of a career in engineering while simultaneously building essential life and leadership skills. Partnering with the Skills Builder initiative, we strive to shape well-rounded individuals ready to tackle the challenges of the future.
