SMALLPEICE PAYS TRIBUTE TO HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN
The Trustees and staff at The Smallpeice Trust are saddened to learn of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Dr Alan Begg, Chairman of The Smallpeice Trust said:
"All at The Smallpeice Trust are saddened to hear that Queen Elizabeth has died. Her dedication was unparalleled, and we are grateful for her selfless and devoted service over the last 70 years. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this time."
"Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has seen incredible change during her reign in science, engineering, and technology. She has been a vocal supporter of the role of engineers and championed engineering, granting the Royal Academy of Engineering its Royal Charter in 1992."
